IMPORTANT NOTE: It is commonly misconceived that injector cup failure can cause the common 6.0L concern of diesel fuel being found in the engine's coolant. Diesel fuel in the coolant on a 6.0L is almost universally caused by a crack in the injector bore of the cylinder head ABOVE the injector sleeve.
